Surprised and equally excited, fans were left wondering if they would be getting a new OT7 song in the coming days, considering six of the group’s members are set to complete their military service. While a confirmed update is yet to be received in this regard, BTS could possibly collaborate with Pharrell Williams for the film’s soundtrack.
Illumination's 'Despicable Me 4' is all set to take audiences on a wild adventure with Gru and his family, ushering in a new era of Minions mayhem. The trailer for the film has already been released. The next installment in 'Despicable Me' is one of the most anticipated films on a global level. While the exact plot remains under wraps, the film is expected to delve into the relationship between Gru and his young son.
The recently dropped trailer showcases Gru and Lucy navigating their married life as parents with the arrival of Gru Jr. Their troubles are compounded when villain Maxime Le Mal escapes, forcing Gru and his clan into hiding. Since the first film's release in 2010, the franchise has enjoyed continued success, including two successful prequels, ‘Minions’ and ‘Minions: The Rise of Gru’. 'Despicable Me 4' will be out on July 3.
Meanwhile, Pharrell Williams, the singer-songwriter who wrote and produced the song "Happy" for ‘Despicable Me 2,’ is back for the fourth film. Jin, the eldest member of BTS, has now been discharged from his military service. Meanwhile, the remaining six members—J-Hope, V, RM, Jimin, Jungkook, and Suga—are still serving and are anticipated to reunite in June 2025.
