My French Film Festival India 2015

MyFrenchFilmFestivalIndia 2015 seems to have appealed to French cinema lovers in the country. The month-long online festival, which showcases the work of young French filmmakers, has already entered its second week.
One can log on to www.halfticket.tv until February 16 and watch these films, free of charge. The fest has three interesting movies lined up this weekend.
Director Thomas Lilti’s Hippocrates (Hippocrate) tells the story of Benjamin, who hopes to become a great doctor and how his internship at a hospital forces him to confront his limits and start his way to adulthood. Miss And The Doctors (Tirez la Langue, Mademoiselle) is a love story revolving around doctors by Axelle Ropert. While treating a diabetic little girl, doctor brothers Boris and Dimitri Pizarnik find themselves falling in love with the girl’s single mother, Judith.
Maïwenn Besco’s All About Actresses (Le Bal des Actrices) revolves around a director who wants to make a documentary about actresses. As he films absolutely everything, with or without their consent, the director is a stone’s throw away from being devoured by these women.
