Nicole Richie is over 12 weeks pregnant with rocker boyfriend Joel Madden's baby, reports have confirmed.
The Simple Life star, is reported to have shared the joyful news with her mother, Brenda, and her close pals, including Mischa Barton. However, she is neither confirming nor denying her pregnancy to the media. Apart from her impending motherhood, Richie appears quite excited about a rumour that Madden might be thinking about tying the knot with her.
Joel and his brother Benji recently went shopping for an engagement ring and sources revealed the couple may plan to get married this summer. "Nicole is awesome . I would love to see them married!" US Weekly quoted Joel's older brother, Josh Madden, as saying. Nicole is currently facing DUI charges following her arrest last December for driving on the wrong side of a highway in California. The date for her trial is July 11, and if found guilty, Nicole could be jailed for 90 days to a year.
