'Niley' as they were lovingly called by fans back in their teen days, hit fans with a wave of nostalgia on Wednesday morning when Laura Rudy shared a 2007 photo of the former couple. Posting the cute photo from when Nick and Miley were dating, she wrote, "I took this in 2007."

Fans soon flooded the comments section and celebrated the return of the picture that was shared officially for the first time today. Just as fans began commenting on how Nick appeared to be wearing the same clothes in another throwback photo, another social media user by the name TLC responded, "Just found my @MileyCyrus & @nickjonas pics that I took in June, 2007 - Woodbridge house kitchen. Your pic is a little different @LaLaR from that same day."

Miley admits she loved Nick

Cyrus and Jonas were Disney sweethearts. They first met in 2006 and began dating “the day [they] met,” as claimed by Cyrus in an interview with Seventeen magazine. Their relationship quickly became one of the most talked-about romances with Nick and the Jonas Brothers even making a guest appearance on Miley's hit series, 'Hannah Montana'. The couple dated for a couple of months before their romance reportedly ended in heartbreak.
