Meghan Markle makes sure that she is always there for her friends. Two years ago, Meghan was Serena’s special guest in the players box at
Wimbledon. And this was before Meghan started dating
Prince Harry. With Meghan and Serena’s friendship still going strong, reports suggest that the Duchess will be back on court to cheer for her friend at this year’s tournament. Said to be sometime next week, it is said Meghan is asking royal aides to make sure she is free to attend the match.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton, who will complete her maternity leave (she has been on maternity leave since Prince Louis was born in April) and is also the Patron of Wimbledon, will attend the grass court championships.
Meghan has quickly settled into her new life in London and has a close group of friends and now even Harry's friends who have happily taken her into their circles. Last weekend, she was seen looking comfortable while her husband, Prince Harry played polo for his charities. In fact, Serena and Meghan, along with Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian, attended a polo match to cheer both Prince Harry and
Prince William
, who were playing for charity. It is said that the Duchess is also preparing for her big trip to Ireland with sources saying that Meghan wants to prove how serious she is about her new royal duties and as a representative of the British royal family.
