During the event, Meghan, who is 42 years old, expressed how most of the hurtful comments and bullying targeted her during her pregnancies. “I keep my distance from it right now for my well-being but the bulk of the bullying and abuse I was experiencing in social media and online was when I was expecting Archie and Lili. You just think about that and to wrap your head about why people would be so hateful. It's not catty, it's cruel. And why would you do that, certainly, when you’re pregnant with a newborn, we all know as moms it's such a tender and sacred time.”, " shared Markle.

Meghan participated in a discussion about online trolling at the Breaking Barriers, Shaping Narratives conference in Texas. Alongside other notable figures like actress Brooke Shields and journalist Katie Couric, Meghan encouraged individuals to raise their voices and advocate for what is right.

Meghan's candid revelation sheds light on the harsh reality of cyberbullying, especially targeting expectant mothers. Her message underscores the importance of kindness and empathy, urging individuals to use their voices to stand up against online abuse.
