Lindsay grabs role turned down by Katie
Singer-actress Lindsay Lohan has got a role which was supposed to be done by Katie Holmes in the movie "The Other Side".
Holmes was forced to pull out of "The Other Side" due to her busy schedule and her commitment to Broadway play "All My Sons", reported femalefirst.co.uk.
Filmmaker David Michaels has now signed Lohan for the role and he is confident that she has the acting abilities to carry off the part.
"Lindsay's very aware of people's perceptions of her. She is really committed to doing what she has to in order to change that," he said.
