The former PM was spotted by fans in the VIP section of the concert venue, smiling and cheering throughout the performance. Rocking a black tee and jeans, Justin was seen enjoying the show with an unobstructed view of Katy on stage. Videos from the concert doing the rounds on social media show Trudeau among the audience, visibly enjoying the show. Fans quickly took to social media, with many pointing out the sequence of their recent public appearances. His presence at the concert further intensified rumours about the duo’s growing closeness after they were seen dining together in Montreal just the night before the big gig. As previously reported, Trudeau and Perry were first spotted walking enjoying a day out at Mount Royal Park, with the singer holding her dog. That evening, the two were seen dining together at an upscale restaurant. The two were also seen keeping a low profile as they shared drinks at Taverne Atlantic.A representative from the restaurant praised the pair, telling People and TMZ that they kind and friendly to the staff.
