All eyes were on Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds at the star-studded event. The Deadpool star and his wife looked cheerful despite their ongoing legal issues. At one moment, Reynolds appeared to joke about the much-talked-about lawsuits involving Lively and Justin Baldoni.
When asked how he was doing, Free Guy actor Ryan Reynolds playfully replied, “Great! Why, what have you heard?” His witty response had the audience laughing.
Following the viral moment, a source told Page Six that Justin Baldoni's legal team might use Ryan Reynolds' joke to support the actor's defense. The insider noted that Baldoni is handling the lawsuit seriously and not treating it as a public joke.
Although Baldoni's legal team might use Lively and Reynolds' public appearance to their advantage, some Hollywood insiders felt it didn’t reflect well on the couple.
