In a candid revelation shared on X (formerly Twitter), Kozuma detailed his personal experience, expressing concern about the challenging time constraints he and his fellow animators encountered. "The lack of time was pretty terrible," he remarked. Offering support to a colleague who vowed not to work for MAPPA again, Kozuma pledged personal improvement for future endeavors. Reflecting on past challenges, especially Episode 41 of Jujutsu Kaisen, he revealed, "For episode 41, I only had 4 days to do it because I was requested by Go-kun. I could only give a bitter smile."

Kozuma played a crucial role as an animator in Season 2, contributing to Episode 17 and several other pivotal episodes in the series. Notably, Episode 41 sparked discussions due to its unbalanced presentation, featuring moments of impressive animation juxtaposed against sections that appeared unfinished. This episode became a focal point of criticism directed at MAPPA, prompting the studio to implement streaming delays to allow additional time for the completion of subsequent episodes.

The animator Kozuma wished well for the future is none other than Chansard Vincent, a renowned animator associated with popular series like One Piece and Jujutsu Kaisen. Vincent recently voiced his decision not to work with MAPPA again, adding to a growing sentiment among talented individuals who express dissatisfaction with the studio's treatment of its staff.

The notorious Episode 41, titled ‘Thunderclap, Part 2,’ has become emblematic of the challenges faced by animators working on ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Season 2. Despite such hurdles, fans can catch the entire second season, along with Episode 41, on Crunchyroll. ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Season 2 follows the gripping journey of Yuji Itadori, a high school student with exceptional physical strength, as he navigates the world of curses and sorcery after an unexpected twist of fate.
