The explosive conclusion of the second season, marking the end of the Shibuya Incident arc, aired just the other day, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what's to come.

Since its debut on July 6, the season has been a resounding success, captivating audiences across multiple channels like MBS, TBS, and 28 associated networks. Crunchyroll has been simulcasting the latest season, bringing it to audiences not just in Japan but also across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. And for those preferring English dubs, Crunchyroll has catered to that preference as well.

This second season has been an enduring spectacle, spanning two cours or a continuous six-month run. It's covered both the intense "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" arc, which aired from July 6 to August 3 with two recap episodes following on August 10 and 17, and the gripping "Shibuya Incident" arc, spanning 18 episodes from August 31 onward.

In a notable shift, Shōta Goshozono, known for directing episodes 8 and 17 of the series, stepped in as the new director, taking the reins from Sunghoo Park.

Jujutsu Kaisen initially stormed onto screens in October 2020, enthralling viewers with its initial 24-episode run. The franchise further expanded with the release of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 anime film in Japan in December 2021, subsequently reaching audiences in the U.S. and Canada in March 2022, featuring both English subtitles and a dubbed version.

The manga, penned by Gege Akutami and serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump since March 2018, continues to capture audiences globally. Viz Media has been instrumental in bringing the manga to fans digitally and in print, while Shueisha's MANGA Plus service also hosts digital publications of the series.
