Judge dismisses Lindsay Lohan’s case

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina’s lawsuit against a US news channel for defamation was dismissed by a judge.

Lohan and her mother filed separate lawsuits against the channel which claimed the pair had used cocaine together. The judge, however, told the mother-daughter duo, “Truth is a defence.”
