In the video, Majors and Kilcoyne were seen falling through a window after a shot was ‘fired’ at them while filming. The audio in the clip reveals that when the two actors moved out of frame while falling, there was a sound of glass breaking and the crew members shouting in concern. The report further added, “the accident occurred after the window was replaced with an unsecured sheet of tempered glass to be purposefully shattered in a later stunt that did not involve any actors.” During the scene, both of the actors fell along with the tempered glass, which had been set up loosely.
Kilcoyne received stitches all over his hand, though the actor is now “doing well and was taken care of immediately by production.” It was not revealed whether Majors was also injured during the fall or not.The news of the incident comes only a week after the crew cited major safety concerns on the set of the new thriller film. They had walked out a week prior to that to advocate and bring attention to the safety issues on set.

More about the strike and safety concerns on set

Last month, many crew members opposed the development of the film, which is being made by Ben Shapiro’s media company. They cited that safety measures were not being followed on set and that there had been a multitude of incidents. “Multiple workers corroborated incidents involving props falling onto crew, including a rigged tree branch that hit the set medic,” the report cited. It was also shared that often, there would be no meetings or discussions with department heads or writer-director Kyle Rankin before conducting complex shoots such as this one.
