Johnny Depp's future in 'Pirates of the Caribbean' reboot: producer speaks out

The beloved character Jack Sparrow, played by Johnny Depp, has become a staple of the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' series. While expressing his fondness for Depp and his hope to see him return, Bruckheimer was non-committal about the actor's involvement. ‘If it was up to me, of course. I love having Depp... He's a great actor and good friend... I've certainly spoken to him, but we'll see what happens," Bruckheimer said, leaving fans hopeful but uncertain.
