Jim Carrey was spotted leaving his Paris hotel wearing sunglasses, days after his appearance at the 51st Cesar Awards sparked unusual online speculation.

Carrey attended the prestigious French film ceremony to receive an honorary Cesar award. At the award, France's highest cinema honours, the actor delivered an emotional speech in French where he called himself "fortunate" to be able to share his art with people around the globe.
