Reports suggest thatthe tape does exist and has now landed in the hands of people who were behindmaking the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee sex videopublic.
It is also said thatthese miscreants are now threatening Jessica that they would leak the tape ifshe fails to pay an undisclosed sum of money to keep the tape asecret.
While Nick is nowdating MTV presenter Vanessa Minnillo, Jessica is dating American football starTony Romo.
