Jennifer Lopez searches for a new home as $68 Million mansion with Ben Affleck remains unsold

Jennifer Lopez, following her recent divorce from Ben Affleck, is actively searching for a new home in Los Angeles. Despite their former $68 million mansion being on the market since July, the property has yet to find a buyer.

As per a report in Hindustan Times, Lopez has been touring luxury homes in some of Los Angeles' most exclusive neighborhoods, including Beverly Hills and Brentwood. Her recent house-hunting activities suggest a desire to move forward and create a fresh start for herself and her 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max. The homes she visited reportedly feature large backyards, pools, and ample space for her family.

On Thursday, Lopez was photographed inspecting three upscale properties, dressed casually in a blue flannel shirt, loose-fitting jeans, and platform boots. Observers noted that she appeared serious and focused as she crossed her arms and carefully examined the estates.

The $68 million mansion Lopez and Affleck purchased together has been on the market for months. Listed by Santiago Arana of Core, the property has been shown to potential buyers during private tours but remains unsold.

Currently, Lopez is still living in the $60 million mansion the couple bought in May 2023, just months after their July 2022 elopement. The sprawling estate, which boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 38,000 square feet, was the only home they shared during their two-year marriage. Lopez confirmed her residence there through photos shared on social media in November.

Insiders suggest Lopez’s decision to search for a new home reflects her commitment to moving forward after her split from Affleck. The actress and singer appears focused on her well-being and creating a comfortable environment for her family as she embarks on this new chapter of her life.
