Jacob Elordi feels he is ‘in the right place’ in Hollywood; talks about success after ‘Euphoria’ and ‘Frankenstein’
Actor Jacob Elordi has been extremely busy this past year or so. From the filming of the third and possibly final season of ‘Euphoria’ to ‘Frankenstein’ and ‘Celebrity’, he has been a part of some of the biggest projects this year. In a recent interview, the idol opened up about his work experience so far and what he felt of the Hollywood industry.
The star revealed, “Something happened when I was in Venice. I was there with my sister and my mom and my dad, and during that ovation, I saw them standing behind me, and I saw my agent, whom I’ve known for 10 years now, and I kind of looked around, and I realized I was exactly where I was supposed to be my whole life.”
He further shared that as of right now, he believes that he is at the right point in his life and career. “I’ve felt a kind of great calm that I’m in the right place, I’m meant to be here. And that’s been a really sort of profound feeling and a great comfort in an industry where you usually feel quite alien.”

The star, while featuring on The Hollywood Reporter’s podcast ‘Awards Chatter’, delved deep into some of his latest projects. He shared that ‘Frankenstein’ was a film that he felt “free” while working on. He also addressed the standing ovation that his film received at its first premiere at the Venice International Film Festival.The star revealed, “Something happened when I was in Venice. The star began his acting career at the age of 16. After breaking his back playing rugby, the star first joined an acting school, where he stayed for 6 months, but was then asked to leave. He revealed that he booked his big break, ‘The Kissing Booth,’ only days after the incident, and began filming for it in South Africa. The actor shared that he was on his last cents after he moved to the US before he landed ‘Euphoria’. He added, “I had nowhere to live anymore, and I didn’t want to ask my parents for money anymore, so I was living in my RAV4 on Mulholland Drive.”end of article
