The pop icon, Katy Perry has been conspired by the theorists to be child beauty, JonBenét Ramsey, the six-year-old girl who was tragically murdered in 1996. An AI-generated video has resurfaced on the internet that transitions from the child to the ‘Dark Horse’ singer, creating buzz as many call it ‘tasteless.’

The video in which Ramsey becomes Perry went viral on social media, and Katy - being the humorous person, commented, “Wait, am I?”

The Origin of the Rumour

Even though Perry was born in 1984, and Ramsey was born in 1990, the theorists did not hold back from exploring the experiment, revealing the bizarre findings. The origin of the theory was in 2014, when people noticed similarities between the two faces - the ‘floating eyebrows’ and other facial features, according to Marca.

The Comments on the Video

Finding it tasteless, a user wrote, “This is a real child, daughter, and sister whose life was taken from her. This is so disrespectful to the family. I hope they find the animal who did this and some peace for the family.” While some humorously expressed, “The fact that Katy Perry actually commented makes this even better.”

The JonBenét Ramsey Case

JonBenét Ramsey was reportedly missing from her house on December 26, 1996. However, she was found dead in the same house. The autopsy revealed that she had been strangulated. The case was unable to be solved by the detectives, “We are committed to following up on every lead and we are continuing to work with DNA experts and our law enforcement partners around the country until this tragic case is solved. This investigation will always be a priority for the Boulder Police Department,” Boulder Police Chief Steve Redfearn claimed, according to the City of Boulder.
