Idris Elba hospitalized

Actor Idris Elba was rushed to hospital after he suffered an asthma attack on an airplane headed for South Africa.
The 41-year-old actor, who stars in 'Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom,', was scheduled to fly to Johannesburg for a press conference and suffered the attack before the plane was able to take off, reported Contactmusic.
"Idris is in hospital after an asthma attack on the plane last night," 'Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom' producer Anant Singh said.
The British actor stars as Nelson Mandela in the film alongside Naomie Harris playing Mandela's now ex-wife, Winnie.
'Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom' will hit theatres on November 29th 2013.
