House of the Dragon stars get together for a FYC screening for a prequel to Game of Thrones

The cast of the 2022 popular HBO show, House of the Dragon got together in Los Angeles for an FYC (for your consideration) screening for a prequel series of Game of Thrones.

The cast that included Olivia Cooke, Rhys Ifans, Steve Toussaint and others got together with writer George R R Martin and series creator Ryan Condal for the event. They certainly made a splash with the women standing out in their choice of outfits. There was Cooke dressed in two coats, one on top of another that showed off her red hair to advantage. The coats and her shirt all were in shades of brown. She completed her look with socks and heavy gold buckles on shiny black shoes.
The event was held at the Director’s Guild of America theatre in LA. Emily Carey, who plays the younger version of the queen (with Olivia playing the older version), was dressed in a blue chiffon pant-suit teamed up with dramatic black.

The men were equally dramatically dressed, most of them in black with the author Martin dressed in a brown paisley jacket. Matt Smith looked particularly smashing with Series creator Ryan Condal in a black t-shirt with a scarf adorned with a skull design and a silver coat. They all looked dramatic as if dressed for the sets itself.
