Here's all you need to know about Ryan Reynolds-starrer 'Deadpool 2'

‘Deadpool’ broke records when it released in February 2016. The superhero movie proved to be hitting gold at not just the theatres but in the hearts of the audience. And the fan following for Deadpool has only increased ever since.
Now, the film’s sequel is back to sway the audience with its quirky humor this summer. The film is slated to release this Friday, May 18th.So here’s all you need to know about ‘Deadpool 2’.
Deadpool broke the stereotypical notion of a superhero:
Over a decade, almost all superheroes if compared with Deadpool, majority were completely different. With Deadpool, we have a foul-mouthed anti-hero, played by Ryan Reynolds, in a film filled with edgy humor and quirky style. Irreverent, violent and deliberately offensive, might just be synonyms to his character.
What really happened in Deadpool?
This Tim Miller directorial’s story revolved around a former Special Forces agent turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who undergoes a rogue experiment to treat his cancer. Subsequent to his operation, Wilson, played by Ryan Reynolds is left with scars and also powers to heal quickly. And that’s how Wilson transforms into what we know as Deadpool. The superhero is than on a mission to take revenge.
Decoding ‘Deadpool 2’ promotions:
It was during the screening of ‘Logan’, 14 months back that the promotions of ‘Deadpool 2’ commenced. A teaser called "No Good Deed” did the rounds. Since then, with teasers, trailers, posters, collaborations with David Beckham and Celine Dion, promotional partners and plenty more, the ‘Deadpool 2’ promotions have been in full swing.
Can ‘Deadpool 2’ be seen in languages apart from English?
The film is set to release in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has lent his voice to the role of Deadpool for the Hindi version.
