The Victoria Secret���s model decided to lie down while impressively modelling 12-inch heels - presumably to avoid the risk of a serious ankle injury.
Heidi also drew attention to her famous friends ''HANS'' and ''FRANZ'', showing off her impressive cleavage in a tight black top.
