Gwyneth Paltrow: Try to give clean diet to children

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow says she tries to give her children, Apple and Moses, healthy and 'clean' food at home because she can't control what the kids eat when they are elsewhere. The 43-year-old actress, however, said she isn't too strict with the diet, reported Female First.

"We try to eat this way most of the time and then have treats along the way. For example, the kids get a Coke of the week, and we have pizza more than we should. But I have tried to set it as the baseline for the way we eat," she said.

"I can't control what they eat from the school cafeteria, nor at their friend' houses, so I try to keep it relatively clean when we're at home."
