'Game of Thrones' star Sophie Turner is putting her energy into work and motherhood as she approaches a new decade. The actress is focused on raising her two daughters, Willa and Delphine, and is deliberately stepping back from dating. The update comes as Turner addresses recent speculation about her personal life, choosing clarity over rumor while prioritizing stability, career momentum, and family after a demanding few years.According to a report by Female First UK, Turner has not been on a date for months. The outlet reports that she is too focused on work and raising her and her ex-husband’s daughters, Willa, five, and three-year-old Delphine, to spend time with anyone else at the moment. The update follows the 2023 breakdown of her marriage to Joe Jonas and a later relationship with Peregrine Pearson.Speaking to Net-a-Porter’s digital magazine Porter, Turner shared an honest look at the balance she is trying to maintain. “The mum guilt is there forever,” she said. “I work all week and then, on the weekends, I’ll spend all day with my kids each day. But if I go out for lunch with a friend, I will run back home because my heart is sinking that I’ve left them.” She added, “I mean, I haven’t seen my friends or gone on a date in weeks, months. I just sack off parts of my life sometimes. I only have the capacity for work and family right now. But I’m working on it. I’ll get there.”Turner also explained why continuing to work matters to her as a parent. “In order to be a great role model for them, I have to have a passion for myself,” she said. “I love that they see me going out to work every day and working my a*** off.” She noted that her daughters have helped rekindle her creative spark. “They love making up plays. I’ve got the joy and the childlikeness of it back, which is so nice.”As she nears her 30th birthday, Turner said she hopes for a quieter chapter. “I just want to have some peace in my thirties,” she said. “I feel like it’s been really hectic for a long time and I’m ready to not have that anymore.
