Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has been winning hearts online for her reaction to an unexpected fan encounter at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) on Sunday evening. The actress and filmmaker was at the event to present her latest directorial venture, 'Without Blood', when a group of enthusiastic fans surged forward, seeking autographs and photos.

In a moment that shocked the crowd, one particularly eager fan broke through Jolie’s security and managed to grab the actress and hold on to her in a tight hug. The incident led to an audible gasp from fans, as her security quickly moved in to separate the fan from the actress.


Despite the confusion and shocking breach of security, Jolie was seen on video, remaining composed and sharing a few words with the emotional fan. She was even seen keeping an eye out on the young fan to make sure she was ok. She was heard repeatedly instructing her team to "be nice" as they dealt with the fan.



Jolie attended the TIFF with her son Pax, who was in the news recently after he met with a freak electric bike accident that landed him in hospital. Talking about attending the festival with her son by her side, Jolie said, “I’m very happy, he is healthy. We worked on the film together, and we do a lot of work together, so it was a family night”.

On the work front, Angelina will be seen next in the critically acclaimed film ‘Maria’, a biographical psychological drama film based on the opera singer Maria Callas. It is directed by Pablo Larrain and written by Steven Knight. The film stars Angelina Jolie in the titular role, with Valeria Golino as her sister Yakinthi, and Haluk Bilginer as Aristotle Onassis.
