Angelina Jolie has revealed that she is keen to star in a Korean movie! The star of the upcoming Marvel superhero film '
Eternals
', expressed her desire to act or even direct a film someday, as the country is very close to her heart.
The actress and mother of six, who visited the country to drop her son Madox off at
Yonsei University
for his higher studies, shared her fondness for
Korea
and its film industry.
Saying that it would be nice to appear in Korean movies, she also said that she would like to participate in directing a film or become more involved with the Korean film industry.
The actress went on to add that she hopes to spend more time in the country and even revealed that her son, teaches her a little Korean from his syllabus.
Angelina will also be seen sharing the screen with actor
Ma Dong Seok
in the upcoming Chloé Zhao directorial. The two, along with an ensemble cast comprising of
Salma
Hayek,
Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani and
Gemma Chan will play a race of immortals who lived on Earth and shaped its history and civilisations.
Praising her co-star, Angelina said that Seok is a dear friend and expressed her excitement for everyone to see their film.
'Eternals' that hits screens on November 4, 2021, is touted to be unlike any other Marvel superhero film to date and is rumoured to have the potential to become the first superhero film to win an Oscar, including Best Picture.
