'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' trailer: Benedict Cumberbatch grapples with the consequences of his decision - watch

Today, Marvel Studios debuted a brand-new trailer for “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” that took viewers on a mind-blowing whirlwind through the Multiverse along with a brand new trailer for the supernatural adventure.

The trailer gives a glimpse following 'Spider-Man: No Way Home's events where Benedict Cumberbatch aka 'Doctor Strange' accidentally opened up the multiverse.Here we can see, Strange grappling with the consequences of decisions, with the threat of a multiverse collapse looming. The movie also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, with Michael Stühlbarg, and Rachel McAdams.
Apart from that the return of Patrick Stewart as the iconic Professor Charles Xavier from X-Men, got the fans really excited. Although the actor is seen only briefly from behind, his voice is heard in the trailer. Patrick played 'Professor Xavier', the leader of X-Men, starting with X-Men (2000) right up to Logan (2017).
Helmed by original Spider-Man trilogy director Sam Raimi and written by Loki show-runner Michael Waldron, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to be released in theatres on May 6, 2022 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
