Daryl slams gratuitous nude scenes

The Splash star, 47, insistsshe has been the victim of many moviemakers who deviate from scripts and addextra nudity for no reason, and is urging other actresses not to strip off toboost their careers.
She says,“There have been many times when I have suddenly been confronted with anude scene.I would say, ‘This isn’t in the script.’ And theywould say, ‘Oh we’ve added it. We felt it was integral to thecharacter’s development.’ There are some real sleazeballs around. Isoon became wise enough to realise there are very few films in which nudity isimportant.”
