The hints started yesterday when Marvel shared an Instagram Story. It featured 'Marvel Daredevil' in small text at the top left, followed by bold, blood-red text on a black background stating, 7 AM PT.
Vincent D’Onofrio previously mentioned that the Daredevil: Born Again trailer was delayed due to the Los Angeles fires. The date on Marvel's Instagram Story strongly suggests it marks the new trailer release date, leaving little room for other interpretations.

The upcoming MCU series Daredevil: Born Again is set to premiere on Disney+ in March. Charlie Cox reprises his role as Matt Murdock, continuing his portrayal from Netflix's Daredevil, while Vincent D’Onofrio returns as Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin.

The first full trailer for Daredevil: Born Again was initially set to release on Monday, January 13, but plans were disrupted by the L.A. wildfires. However, a cryptic “7 AM PT” message posted yesterday hinted that the trailer might drop today.
In Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with extraordinary abilities, seeks justice through his thriving law practice. Meanwhile, former mob boss Wilson Fisk focuses on his political ambitions in New York. As their pasts resurface, the two are set on a collision course, facing inevitable conflict.
