Angelina Jolie have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle of their six kids and it has now been ruled that the couple will have a joint custody. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are parents to Pax (17),

(16), Shiloh (14) and 12-year-old twins
Vivienne
and Knox. Their oldest son, Maddox, is not a part of the custody battle as he is 19-years-old.
The ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ couple had announced their separation in 2016 and had have been engaged in a long custody for their three biological and three adopted since 2018. According to AFP, documents filed by Pitt's attorneys at a
California
appeals court, state that a privately appointed judge has made a "tentative ruling" in which he found "the existing custody order between the parties must be modified, per Mr. Pitt's request." Previously, Angelina Jolie had criticized a judge who was overseeing the child custody matter in her divorce with Brad Pitt. She had stated in a court filing that the judge refused to allow their children to testify and sought to disqualify Judge John Ouderkirk from the divorce case. Angelina Jolie had also stated that if the tentative custody decision is made final by Ouderkirk, she will appeal it.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married for two years when Jolie filed for divorce in 2016. They were legally separated in April 2019 and have been battling the custody of their kids since then.
