He Said, She Said is a fast-paced documentary set to premiere on Channel 5 in the UK on Monday night. In the US, a shorter 60-minute version will be available on Max and Discovery+ on March 31 via Investigation Discovery. ITN Productions recently also made Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy.

The documentary will explore Blake Lively's legal complaint against Justin Baldoni, accusing him of sexual misconduct on the sets of their 2024 film It Ends With Us. She also alleged that he hired a PR firm to run an online smear campaign against her to silence her.

Justin Baldoni denied the allegations and filed a $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively for defamation. The trial is scheduled for March 2026. The documentary will analyze the evidence from both sides, the social media reactions, and the divided support for each party.

Last week, Justin Baldoni's lawyer accused Blake Lively's publicist, Leslie Sloane, of making them a scapegoat in the legal battle. His team alleged that Sloane and her associates secretly spread false claims to reporters while subtly hinting at serious accusations in public.
