Arnold Schwarzenegger raises eyebrows with Santa Claus transformation for holiday film

Fans expressed concern for Arnold Schwarzenegger's health after he transformed into Santa Claus for his upcoming Christmas movie, The Man with the Bag.

A video from the set showed the 77-year-old actor walking slowly in New York City with a gray beard and hair. One user joked, saying he 'aged 200 years in 2 months,' while another commented, "he probably forgot where he parked his Terminator time machine."


A third person commented, "Definitely slowing down. Looking older than Trump. That's wild." A fourth added, "His action movie days are ending. He’s walking stiff, like he's in a lot of pain."

The Terminator star, who has faced recent health issues, is playing Santa Claus in the action-comedy The Man with the Bag, produced by Amazon MGM Studios and directed by Adam Shankman. While filming in New York City on Tuesday, Schwarzenegger looked the part, sporting a beard and a festive Christmas sweater.

The actor expressed his excitement about working with director Adam Shankman and co-star Alan Ritchson in a post on Instagram that same day. He shared a photo with Ritchson, known for his role in Prime Video’s Reacher, and captioned it:

“It’s fantastic to be shooting The Man with the Bag with @alanritchson. Our director @adamshankman is one of the funniest directors I’ve worked with.
