Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania actress Kathryn Newton reveals how she expressed her superhero dream in childhood

Kathryn Newton narrates optimistically that her childhood dream of being a superhero has finally come true with the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The film is now the 31st film in Marvel’s cinematic universe and commences the beginning of the 5th phase in the entire series of the MCU.

Kathryn plays Cassandra Lang aka Cassie Lang. The charming actress elucidates that she was an actor from the age of four when she made her television debut with the soap opera, All My Children. Ever since then, she has been telling her friends that she wants to act as a superhero and is thrilled that her dream has now materialised with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
The 26-year-old actress has been an avid golfer since the age of eight and says that playing the sport helped her a lot during the stunt, action and very physical sequences in the film. It gave her the confidence that she could do fight scenes, leap over vehicles and look convincing as an action heroine.

Finally, she confesses how she had to constantly remind herself that she’s just a normal girl in real life, with a regular name, Kathryn Newton and a superhero with the superpowers of Cassandra Lang only during the film!
