Angry Birds helped Jason Sudeikis tell son about baby arrival

Actor Jason Sudeikis' new movie 'Angry Birds' helped him explain to young son Otis that he is to be a big brother.

The 40-year-old actor voices a bird named Red in the 3D animated comedy and as his two-year-old son is already a big fan of the movie, it came in useful when he and fiancee Olivia Wilde wanted to tell the youngster they were expecting another baby, reported Entertainment Tonight.

"He knows that it's something in an egg. We just used metaphors in the movie to explain it to him. That's all. We explain everything through the movie. He has seen it," Sudekis said.

"This is the first movie that we've sat through the whole time together. He liked it a lot. I mean, he was riveted, which is pretty impressive to me. As I've told it to other parents, they were pretty shocked as well. But now he knows all the birds' names and everything."
