The 35-year-old actress was told to drop the pounds before appearing in the hit film to avoid 'hurting people's eyes' and whilst she initially went along with it, she soon realised it was wrong, reported Female First.

"The only change was that it was explained to me before I did that movie ['Trainwreck'] that if you weigh over 140 pounds as a woman in

, if you're on the screen it will hurt people's eyes ... I didn't know that so I lost some weight to do that but never again," she told 'The Jonathan Ross Show'.
