Adele’s performance in ‘The Bachelor’ parody is a must-watch

To say that Adele walked away with the spotlight on ‘The Bachelor’ would be an understatement. The singer joked that she was there because she had had a lot of heartbreak in her life. She hosted ‘Saturday Night Live’ on the weekend, and starred in a parody of the ‘The Bachelor’, in which she tried to win the heart of bachelor Ben K, played by Beck Bennett.

Introducing herself, she said, “Hi, I'm Adele Adkins, I'm 32.You may know me as the singer Adele. I'm here because I've had a lot of heartbreak in my life. First at 19, and then sort of famously at 21. And then even more famously at 25. But I have a really good feeling about Ben K. It's only night one, but I could already tell he's the love of my life.”
Singing some of her biggest hits on the show, Adele made sure all eyes were on her. The last song she sang was ‘Someone Like You’, much to the audience’s delight. As she thanked everyone, the singer ended her performance by joking that they could see her on ‘Love Island’ next week. Social media was soon flooded with reactions to Adele’s performance.
