Actor Malcolm Barrett under investigation for sexual assault claims

Malcolm Barrett, known for his roles in The Boys and Average Joe, is reportedly being investigated for alleged sexual assault. Sources from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department shared that a woman recently filed a report accusing Barrett of assaulting her after a night of drinking.

The woman, who had been friends with Barrett for several months, claimed that the evening started off casually with drinks in Los Angeles. The two later continued drinking at Barrett’s home. According to her statement, she woke up in bed to find Barrett touching her and alleged that he proceeded to have sex with her without her consent.

Following the report, the woman underwent a sexual assault examination, and the case is now being handled by the Special Victims Bureau of the LASD.

At this stage, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is still ongoing. TMZ reached out to Barrett’s representatives for comments, but no response has been received yet.
