A few pictures that surfaced on a web portal show that the part of a frame, which has an actor holding a glass or standing next to a few bottles, has been blurred. Also, some phrases have been muted, which could leave the viewers a bit flummoxed.
The film has been directed by James Mangold, and has Damon and Bale taking on the roles of legendary car racers Carroll Shelby and Ken Miles who join hands with Ford to make a sports car that can potentially beat Ferrari at Le Mans race in France. The web portal also reported a source saying that they had to blur out the bottles because they carry brand name and CBFC guidelines do not allow that. But a glass being blurred is strange, according to them. The move attracted a lot of reaction from netizens who weren’t happy with the diktat.
