Dua Lipa rings in the New Year with royal family in Jaipur

Singer-songwriter Dua Lipa – who's in India for the holidays – ushered in the New Year in Jaipur. As per sources, after a short vacay in the Pink City, Dua flew to Agra on Monday (January 1) afternoon. The musical sensation celebrated her younger brother’s birthday and even rang in the new year in the Pink City.

As per sources, Dua and her family stayed at a beautiful luxury heritage property where they celebrated Dua’s younger brother Gjin’s birthday on December 30. Besides exploring a few historical monuments in Jaipur, Dua and her family also attended a New Year’s party at the City Palace, which was hosted by Jaipur’s erstwhile royal Padmanabh Singh.

At the party, Dua spoke at length about the heritage city and polo with Padmanabh, who is also a passionate polo player. Dua also spent a considerable amount of time with Gaurvi Kumar, Padmanabh Singh’s younger sister. The singer was treated to a Rajasthani dance performance by a group of local artistes. Before visiting Jaipur, Dua had travelled to Jodhpur and Udaipur.
