Ace filmmaker Christopher Nolan, who is known for his complex and artistic films, seems to have hit the bull's eye in the domestic circuit as his film 'Tenet' continues to excel at the box office.

actress Dimple Kapadia, has gone on to collect another Rs 2.75 crore at the box office after recording a good start.

According to Box Office India's latest report, 'Tenet' which collected around Rs 1.2 crore on its opening day has gone on to reach a total of Rs 8.25 crore with Rs 5.50 crore from its first week and Rs 2.75 crore from the second weekend.

The report also suggested that most of the contribution has been from the South with Mumbai also contributing healthily. Mumbai and South are contributing over 80% of the all India collections of the film with more than 60% coming from the South. Nolan's 'Tenet' is expected to surpass the Rs 10 crore.

Apart from Washington, Pattinson and Dimple Kapadia, the film which is shot across several countries also features Elizabeth Debicki, Kenneth Branagh, Michael Caine, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Clemence Poesy in pivotal roles.
