Amy Poehler voiced Inside Out 2 is turning out to be the biggest money spinner of the summer and is all set to cross US $ 400 million before the end of the week, reports Box Office Mojo. The film has already earned US $ 205 million domestically and its weekend opening was the second highest opening for an animated film after The Incredibles 2.

Coming to the Indian Box Office, the film seems to be having a decent run. The film, on its sixth day at the box office, has managed to cross the Rs 10 crore mark. Inside Out 2 opened on Friday to Rs Rs 1.55 crore and on Saturday, it saw a nearly 56 % jump and collected Rs 2.43 crore and on Sunday, Inside Out 2 earned Rs 3.47 crore. Inside Out 2 earned Rs 1.37 crore on Monday, dropped to Rs 84 lakh on Tuesday and showed a slight spark on Wednesday as it earned Rs 92 lakh. The overall collection of Inside Out 2 now stands at Rs 10.53 crore.
Inside Out narrates Riley's journey through the perspectives of five core emotions: Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, and Fear. In the sequel, as Riley matures and experiences new physical and emotional changes, additional emotions join the mix, including Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Boredom.

In India, the makers have enlisted young star Ananya Panday to voice Riley’s character in Hindi, unfortunately the Hindi version has contributed only 10 percent ( Rs 1.2 crore) to the overall collection . The movie features Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Lewis Black, Diane Lane, and Kyle MacLachlan reprising their roles as the original emotions. Tony Hale, Liza Lapira, Maya Hawke, Ayo Edebiri, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Paul Walter Hauser, and Kensington Tallman make up the additional emotions and characters.
