Rashami Desai tests positive for Covid-19 virus

Rashami Desai, who has also been part of several popular Bhojpuri films, has tested positive for COVID-19. After her television show stint, the actress made an appearance at Shamita Shetty's birthday party. She hung out with former co-contestants Neha Bhasin, Rajiv Adatia and Umar Riaz among others.
According to a well-known publication, Rashami has been tested positive for the virus.The actress has not confirmed the aforementioned news yet.
Desai began her acting career with an Assamese language film titled 'Kanyadaan' in 2002. She made her Bollywood debut with Birendra Nath Tiwari-directed 2004 'Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke' alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Raveena Tandon.
In the Bhojpuri cinema, Rashami has impressed the audience with her roles in the movies 'Tulsi', 'Balma Bada Nadaan', 'Hum Balbrahma Chaari Tu Kanya Kumari', 'Gazab Bhail Rama', 'Kab Hoi Gauna Hammar' and 'Nadiya Ke Teer'.
