Rani Chatterjee paid homage to the
Bollywood
superstar
Dilip Kumar after his demise. She also expressed deep sadness and said that the industry has lost a legend.
While speaking to ETimes exclusively,

I am happy that he lived many years and gave so much to the industry but, sadly, everybody has to go one day. Obviously, it is a very big loss for Bollywood and no one can take his place in the future. He was a king and ruled for several years."
The actress further added, "I pray his soul to rest in peace. Dilip sir was my grandfather's favourite star and he felt very sad when he heard the news of his demise. I got to know about the
Hindi
industry after his name and he was a superstar of the cine world. Nobody can take his place, he was a legend and legend never dies. Dilip sir will always be alive in our hearts."
