The
Supreme Court has finally given its judgment over the century-old dispute in
Ayodhya. The Supreme Court ordered the construction of the temple and asked the centre to provide the Sunni Waqf Board with an alternative 5-acre land for the
mosque
.
The verdict was announced by a jury of 5-judges which was headed by Chief Justice
Ranjan Gogoi. The bench also includes Justices SA Bobde, DY Chandrachud, Ashok Bhushan and S Abdul Nazeer.
