Jagdish Sharma is one such director who has left the stardom of Bollywood and taken the onus upon himself to promote Bhojpuri film industry. His recent movie, 'Ek Bihari Sau Pe Bhari', has made a profit of 40 lakhs from 55 cinema halls. The film was competing with Salman Khan's 'Ek Tha Tiger', but the Bhojpuri audience prefered Dinesh Lal's movie over Salman's.
Jagdish Sharma's Ravi Kishan starrer another movie, 'Jwalamandi' also made waves among Bhojpuri audience.
