According to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority, seven people lost their lives in 24 hours. The flooding has led to vast loss of life and property. Talking about the situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated the central government is closely monitoring the situation.
Early today, Bhojpuri actress Sweety Chhabra shared a few pictures from the Assam flood.
