While speaking to the publication, the actress said, "Diwali is a Festival of Lights, love, and prosperity. It symbolises the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil. It brings a different joy to my soul and is my favourite festival. The most cherished childhood memories are being with my mom and doing all the Diwali preparations, after losing her no Diwali has been the same for me."
