Thespian Soumitra Mitra remembers his mother on her death anniversary. In a Facebook post, the actor writes, “Today is the day my mother passed away. We were on the stage, performing Patalbabu Filmstar. I suddenly forgot my dialogue. This had never happened before in my long theatre life. I remember, after the show I saw all my cofactors and group members were standing with grave faces….”
While talking to us, Soumitra says, “This is a day of emptiness.I don’t have many people left to go to.”
