Sohini Sengupta is hitting the gym like a pro. She has taken up weight training and is also doing leg workouts on a regular basis. “I first hit the gym some five-six years back. A dear friend of mine took me there. But I suffered a gym injury and was scared to continue,” she recalled.

That’s when I came across a pain expert at a gym last year and started training under him. All the pain was gone,” she said.

So, I do my groceries, walk up the stairs and rehearse for plays at night. The idea is to remain agile. The thing is, I try to balance occasional binge-eating by working out diligently,” she said.
